Article Withdrawal Policy

At AI Research Publishing, we recognize the importance of maintaining academic integrity and transparency in the publication process. Authors are allowed to withdraw their manuscripts under specific conditions, and such actions must follow ethical and procedural guidelines.

1. Withdrawal Before Peer Review

Authors may withdraw their manuscript at any time before it is sent for peer review by submitting a formal withdrawal request via email to: airesearchjournals@gmail.com. No fees are charged for withdrawal at this stage.

2. Withdrawal During Peer Review

If an author wishes to withdraw a manuscript during the review process, a formal reason must be provided. Withdrawal at this stage is discouraged, as it causes waste of valuable reviewer and editorial resources.

3. Withdrawal After Acceptance

Withdrawal of an accepted paper is considered a serious ethical issue. Authors must provide a compelling reason, and the decision to permit withdrawal is subject to editorial approval. Repeated or unjustified withdrawals may result in blacklisting of the authors.

4. Unauthorized Withdrawal

If authors do not respond to editorial communication after submission or post-acceptance, and do not provide a formal withdrawal request, the journal may mark the submission as "Withdrawn by Editorial Decision" after due notice.

5. Withdrawal After Publication

Once published, articles cannot be withdrawn unless under exceptional circumstances such as proven plagiarism, unethical research, or legal issues. In such cases, the article may be retracted following COPE guidelines and a retraction notice will be issued.

For any queries regarding manuscript withdrawal, authors are requested to contact us directly at airesearchjournals@gmail.com.
