Peer Review Policy

AI Research Publishing upholds a rigorous double-blind peer review process to maintain the highest quality of academic publishing. All submitted manuscripts are subject to a fair, unbiased, and confidential evaluation by experts in the relevant field.

1. Double-Blind Review

Both the identities of the authors and reviewers are concealed throughout the review process to ensure objective and fair assessment.

2. Reviewer Selection

Reviewers are selected based on subject expertise, academic credentials, and previous reviewing experience. Each manuscript is assigned to a minimum of two independent reviewers.

3. Review Criteria

Reviewers evaluate submissions based on originality, relevance, clarity, methodology, academic contribution, and ethical compliance.

4. Timelines

We aim to provide initial review decisions within 2–4 weeks from submission. Authors may be asked for revisions based on reviewer comments before final acceptance.

5. Editorial Decision

Final decisions are made by the editorial board, based on reviewer recommendations, manuscript quality, and journal scope. Decisions may include: accept, minor revision, major revision, or reject.

6. Confidentiality

Reviewers and editors are required to treat all submitted manuscripts as confidential documents and must not use or disclose any information prior to publication.

7. Reviewer Ethics

Reviewers are expected to maintain integrity, avoid conflicts of interest, and notify the editor if they are unqualified to assess the manuscript.
