Editorial Process

At AI Research Publishing, we uphold rigorous editorial standards to ensure that every manuscript undergoes a transparent, ethical, and high-quality evaluation process. Our editorial workflow is designed to ensure academic integrity, relevance, originality, and scientific merit.

  1. 1. Submission: Authors submit their manuscripts through our online system. Submissions must comply with the Author Guidelines.
  2. 2. Initial Screening: The Editor-in-Chief checks the manuscript for scope, formatting, plagiarism, and ethical compliance.
  3. 3. Peer Review: Manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review by at least two qualified reviewers. Reviewers evaluate originality, methodology, references, clarity, and relevance.
  4. 4. Editorial Decision: Based on the reviewers’ comments, the Editor makes one of the following decisions: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject.
  5. 5. Revision: Authors are asked to revise the manuscript as per reviewer/editor comments and resubmit within the specified time.
  6. 6. Final Acceptance: The final version is reviewed by the Editor. Once approved, the paper moves to production.
  7. 7. Copyediting & Typesetting: The accepted manuscript is professionally edited and typeset to meet publishing standards.
  8. 8. Publication: The article is published online under open access and indexed in relevant databases.
