Author's Duties

Authors submitting to the International Journal of Modern Artificial Hybrid Intelligence: Advanced Learning Innovations (IJMAHI) must adhere to the highest standards of ethical publishing. These guidelines are in accordance with the principles of COPE, ICMJE, and international best practices for scholarly publishing.

1. Originality and Plagiarism

  • All manuscripts must be original and not under review or published elsewhere.
  • Authors must ensure that their work is free of plagiarism, including self-plagiarism and redundant publication.
  • Proper citations must be provided for all referenced sources and borrowed content.

2. Authorship and Contributions

  • Only individuals who have made a significant academic contribution should be listed as authors.
  • All listed co-authors must have reviewed and approved the final manuscript before submission.
  • Changes in authorship (additions, removals, or order) after submission must be approved by all authors and explained to the editorial office.

3. Data Integrity and Research Ethics

  • Authors must ensure that all data presented is accurate, reliable, and honestly obtained.
  • Fabrication, falsification, or selective reporting of results is strictly prohibited.
  • Research involving human participants or animals must follow appropriate ethical approvals and guidelines.

4. Conflict of Interest Disclosure

  • Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could influence the results or interpretation of their manuscript.
  • This includes financial, institutional, personal, or other relationships.

5. Acknowledgment of Sources and Funding

  • All sources of financial support must be acknowledged.
  • Proper credit must be given to all collaborators, contributors, and cited works.

6. Responsiveness During Review

  • Authors must respond to editorial and peer review comments promptly and professionally.
  • Revisions must be submitted within the specified time frame, with a detailed response to reviewers.

7. Corrections and Retractions

  • If significant errors or ethical concerns arise after publication, authors are obligated to notify the journal and cooperate in issuing corrections, retractions, or statements of concern.

8. Copyright and License

  • Authors retain copyright of their work but grant the journal permission to publish under the applicable Creative Commons License (currently CC BY 4.0).
