Publisher’s Duties

AI Research Publishing, as the official publisher of the International Journal of Modern Artificial Hybrid Intelligence: Advanced Learning Innovations (IJMAHI), is committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethical publishing, editorial freedom, and accessibility in scientific communication.

1. Integrity and Oversight

  • The publisher ensures that the editorial process is transparent, independent, and guided by scholarly merit.
  • AI Research Publishing does not interfere with editorial decisions and upholds editorial independence at all stages.
  • The publisher supports the editorial board in investigating ethical issues such as plagiarism, research misconduct, and conflict of interest.

2. Support for the Editorial Process

  • The publisher provides necessary infrastructure (OJS, DOI assignment, indexing support, archiving, and digital security) for the editorial workflow.
  • Training, resources, and technical assistance are provided to editors and reviewers to maintain publication standards.

3. Open Access and Licensing

  • IJMAHI is an open-access journal. The publisher ensures that all content is freely available to the public without barriers or subscription fees.
  • All articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) license, unless otherwise stated.

4. Financial Transparency

  • The publisher discloses all publication fees (if applicable) clearly on the website.
  • Currently, the journal does not charge any Article Processing Charges (APC). Any future changes will be announced transparently and fairly.

5. Archiving and Digital Preservation

  • AI Research Publishing ensures long-term preservation of published content via secure servers and planned participation in archiving services such as LOCKSS or CLOCKSS.

6. Legal and Ethical Responsibility

  • The publisher adheres to international copyright laws and intellectual property regulations.
  • All allegations of misconduct are handled in accordance with COPE’s best practices and fair investigation processes.

7. Promoting Discoverability

  • AI Research Publishing ensures that all articles are assigned DOIs, indexed in reputable databases, and made accessible through global research discovery systems.
